It’s centered around a classic and popular Tuscan second dish, the ubiquitous grilled meat, this sagra; and the timing perfect, as there’s nothing better than an August dolce evening, to appreciate these deli!
Rostinciana, in some areas also known as rosticciana or costoleccio, it’s grilled pork rib. Sausages usually grilled are also often available in sagras and food festivals here and there, and we can’t but suggest both. Some other local specialties we’ll be on the menu, like the famous tortelli with meat sauce, as prepared in Maremma, southern Tuscany coast.
In short, another traditional recipe, not to be missed, if you find yourself near Scarlino.
